Help Samsung Galaxy s2 update fail

GT-I9100 isn't updating.

I've tried 4 times now, and it keeps downloading the firmware update Ver. 11.05.20.01
Then it restarts my phone, I unplug then plug back into computer, then Kies just tells me to download it again...

What the hell is going on -.-
