We know nothing.
If it does have LTE, it will not be released in August, and will be after the Bionic.
Unless the CEO of Motorola is going to be wrong twice.
I read something a bit ago that implied this may not be coming to Sprint until early September...ugh.
Does anyone have an idea of what the price might be on this device? Right now Im basically considering the Evo3D or this phone...if I can get the GS2 for the same price ($179 from Wirefly or Amazon currently...Im eligible for an upgrade), Ill wait...if its going to be any significant amount more than that, Ill go ahead and get the Evo3D.
I would bet my shirt that it will be $299 especially with 4G.
Typically Wirefly and Amazon are cheaper because their rules for breaking contracts are much more strict and those prices are usually new service, not upgrades.
Verizon Wireless year-end roadmap leaks, Android and LTE spotted on the horizon? -- Engadget
Year End Roadmap for VZ Wireless shows Sept. 8th (That has pushed this phone so far out that I'm holding off till the next latest and greatest.) VZ has played games trying to compete with the new iPaid release... now I'll keep mu money in my pocket a little longer.
I called Samsung today and asked them about the Attain (I'm an AT&T customer) and I was told that because Google/Samsung/AT&T are still discussing specs/terms that I shouldn't expect the phone until the 4th quarter sometime. So that puts it no earlier than October. Take it for what it's worth.
All I can say is that I hope SAMSUNG and US carriers get this device released before iPhone 5. What the hell is taking this phone so long to reach the continental US? I'm tired of all of the BS rumors and speculation. RELEASE THE FRIGGIN PHONE IN THE USA PLEASE.
