Maybe someone has a better answer than is in the forum dialog I've been reading. And I believe this to be an S3 problem, not the SanDisk 32GB problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 using a SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC Class 10. To attempt to avoid confusion:

    • External card: /storage/extSdCard
    • Internal storage: /storage/sdcard0
When I first got the phone and card, I hooked the phone up with USB to my laptop & transferred music files and photos, maybe other stuff. All transferred to the external card. I have taken photos since then and saved them to the external card - I can still see those pix when I hook up my phone to the laptop.

Except that a couple of months ago, photos started being saved to internal storage. I could see new photos when I hooked up the phone to the laptop. And when I use a file manager, I cannot see any files on external storage. 0 Files.

Funny thing is that all photos and music viewable on the external card from my computer were also in viewable using the file manager to view internal storage. I never moved them there.

    So
