My phone battery was drained and I didn't notice that till the phone is turning off, I quickly get the charge and put it in the phone before it turned off, the screen became white with a colored lines in it, I disconnect the charger but the screen still the same, so I remove the battery and put it again and try to connect the phone with the charger, but nothing happen either the gray battery icon isn't appearing.
    Can you help me please!!

When you pulled out the battery how long did you leave it out? Try removing it again and leave it out for at least a couple of minutes, then put it back in and try restarting your S3 again. You might also want to temporarily remove any microSD card and SIM card. (this probably is irrelevant but just in case.)

When you have the power adapter plugged in, is the red LED indicator light on your S3 lit up?

Maybe the problem isn't necessarily your phone but the charger. Do you have access to another charger?

Bummer, that does indicate it's probably a phone problem then. The only other thing I can think of is the battery itself is dead, although it is odd that there's no indicator light at all on your phone when it's plugged in. If you haven't replaced the battery yet the S3 model is around four years old now so it's not surprising if it has failed. If the problem is part of your phone internally though, I'd guess it's the motherboard. If you're comfortable with such things:

Otherwise considering it's age I don't know how much money you'd want to put into having it repaired at a local shop.
