I was a SW problem in my Samsung Galaxy S4, due to this i consult with Samsung Service center and they had suggested for SW reinstall for clearing issue and they executed also. After their service I getting one error massage like your SW current version not support by Kies. now i am not getting new SW update through OTA also KIES.
I reinstall the KIES but still i have the issue...Kindly suggest what I need to do for this issue.
