Every once a while, of where I draw anything on it, the finger is always 1/4ths off where I am drawing the photo, anyone care to help me

I vaguely remember that common issue on a Note 3.
Have you tried the calibration thing?

Infinity painter.. I should switch over to other drawing apps, I did try them in the past, think I am going to delete this one and have it reset that way,
so the caliburation will suit it just fine..
