First time post here so be gentle.
I got the new Samsung galaxy S5 from AT&T for my dad and tried to change the language settings to Chinese but it wasn't available! I asked AT&T and they said it was not supported. I looked at verizon's phone and Chinese was available for them. what gives?
Is the only way to get the Chinese language is to root it? I downloaded morelocale but it doesn't convert everything into Chinese.
Any suggestions?
