I'm having trouble with my phone. One day I played street hockey outside (there was a lot of snow on the ground and cold) and my phone was in my pocket the whole time. When I got to my friends house it was working fine until 15 minutes passed. My phone shut off and turned back on saying "your device is overheating" and then it turned off. Now my phone won't turn on and it also won't charge. The only thing I can do is access download mode. I've tried all the button combinations to factory reset my phone but nothing works.
