Help samsung gallxy speca gt 15700r wont load on reset help plz

i have a samsung gt15700r white cell phone 2 days ago i saw a icon on it on the top i looked it up and it said sim card wasnt in so i decided to do a hard reset buy holding the volume button down and hold the call button and the hang up button it went into the reset thing but for some reason it wont finsih the reset when i click on hte menue to go it looks like it wants to load but it keeps restarting in the reset mode with a white trianlge with yellow mark in it and a cell lphone laying down any help on this would be great plz i took out thye battrey and that still nothing

So you tried removing the battery and restarting(just the power button)?
What you did was to reset the , the triangle with the phone lying down is the download mode... which shud have automatically loaded your OS ad given you a fresh installed OS (essentailly a factory reset). It looks like the OS failed to boot up.
