Samsung Impession

My samsung impression doesn't work at the moment..

I was wondering if anyone out there ever have any sort of similar problem.. The touch screen only works when the keyboard is pulled out... it just sorta happened yesterday where out of no where the touch screen didn't work..

If I pull the keyboard out the touch screen works fine and welll.. i can't figure out why it is doing that and i already factory reset it..
