I have tried to install Kies_2.0.0.11014_49_2.exe (and earlier 2.0 ver.) at 2 different XP computers. After installation with no problems, program crash when starting after install and reboot.

I have stopped running applications (virus etc.), cleaned up old software parts, updated MS software at latest (MS.net framework 4 etc).

Samsung reject that it is a Samsung problem, and help is weary welcome

On both PCs i get the attached message, and this content in a Samsung Kies log file:

####1's Inner Exception####

I have a Old Dell D400 which I use for my android Mobile sdue to having a imac, and I found that it crashed when it was installed when it went to open it.

Also my wifes d410 crashed part way in the intsall. but then did install again and it worked that time. from a clean install of XP home with xp 2 then updated to xp 3

So its not liking XP me thinks.

Bloody pain
