    Hello,

I recently bought my first entry level android mobile (samsung galaxy mini gt s5570) and i have been trying to download the Samsung Kies pc suite, but every time i do, the program freezes my computer  then once it has been removed my pc works okay again,,

does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? (short of binning my computer)

    Thanks in advance..

    Marc.

  2. Could you post your pc specs please.

Im thinking that its either your hardware or software.
If it is software, I had a similar problem with the LG update program, I just re installed windows and it worked fine

500 MB might not be adequate for Kies to run. Even if you could get it to run many find Kies to be less than satisfactory for sync'ing. You could try My Phone Explorer, which will give you most of the functionality of Kies without the hassles.
