    Hey guys,

So i was banging my head against the counter wondering why everytime i tried to connect to my phone for internet, my 3G symbol would go away. I think it was doing this cause when i would click connect it would search for a dial tone...that is until i changed the following settings.

Open network settings on my Mac. Select my Samsung Android device and Click --> Advanced --> Modem -->Vendor and select Samsung --> Model --> GPRS (GSM/3G) The APN is epc.tmobile.com CID should be 1 as that is the default.

    Click OK

    Configure as Follows

    Configuration: Default
    Telephone Number: ...your phone number
    Account Name: epc.tmobile.com
    Password: epc.tmobile.com

You will need to enable USB debugging and for usb connection type just select "ask on connection"

And you should be good to go!

Don't fuss with PDA net or any of that jazz, Macs seem to just work and you DONT have to have the samsung kies desktop app for this...there isn't one for Mac anyway.
