Hi all. I was pointed in this direction for help.
I recently (yesterday) bought a Samsung Galaxy Europa (GT-I5500), absolutely loved it, up until it froze/locked!
Basically, I was installing "Live Wallpapers", after about the 3rd one was installed and set, my phone seemed to be no longer in its default state. (It seemed to use a new system that came with the live wallpaper).
Now all I have is the "Slide To Unlock" screen, & after I unlock it, all I can see is a black, blank screen with the battery/wi-fi bar at the top, nothing else, no menu's, nothing! Can't access anything on the phone!
