Help Samsung Note 4 stuck on white-background,AT&T logo (though i can get to Recovery mode)

Hello,
I met someone recently who gave me a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (model SM-N910A). Said that it's stuck on the AT&T logo screen.

I was able to go to factory-reset ("recovery booting...") mode by holding VolumeUp, Home, and Power. I proceeded to erase everything that I can erase there: "wipe data / factory reset" and"wipe cache partition".

Hi, I would try reflashing the firmware using Odin, it might solve your problem but it certainly won't harm it. Phil

So I'm looking for the firmware, and came across http://androidromupdate.com/att-galaxy-note-4-sm-n910a-stock-firmware/. The zip there is only 28MB. Isn't that unusually tiny for firmware?

Those in your link are the OTA update zip files.
AT&T doesn't release their firmware so Sammobile doesn't have the latest version.

The Note4 works perfectly now. Found the original firmware.

Yes, just booting the phone into recovery mode and then running Odin on Windows.

Finding the AT&T firmware was the only part that took time. It's not as common as the other carriers'.
