Samsung Prevail for boost mobile help!

[Android Question]

I just bought the Samsung prevail from boost mobile 4 days ago and now I can't get any apps to download, my email to login, and my calls suck! Every time I'm on the phone voices breakup. It was working great the day before! I did system updates on everything i could, and now im not sure what to do. I spent $180 and now i can barely use it. Please let me know if theres something i can do!
