I would guess this releases sometime after Jelly Bean. And it's still not even ICS. I wish they would just release it without TouchWiz. I haven't used TouchWiz since about a week after I got my phone. It's just an iOS style launcher as far as I'm concerned. I would've gotten an iPhone if I wanted my phone to look/feel that way.
