(Samsung S3) unable to connect wifi

Running on android 4.1.2 (international version)
unable to connect wifi this morning as it worked fine last few weeks after the android 4.1.2 update..

"disabled" is shown after i try to connect to my home wifi "a"
after factory reset the problem still unsolve..
any suggestion ?

can you select "a" and then select enable or connect?

I have this issue too tried EVERYHTING (I think)!! not just my router, tried connecting to my friends wifi at his house and got the same thing...
