Last week I bought a Samsung s4 active. After knowing about it's waterproof feature, I tried to dip my phone a couple of time in the water. Just now, when I did that, the phone couldn't start, I tried to switch on the power several times. Before dipping, I do check that the USB port were securely closed. And when I opened the phone cover, I discovered that the battery part was wet. I wiped the water off and tried to switch it on again, it worked but the screen keeps blinking and then shuts down again. Anyone know the solution?

Probably a few replacement parts. Sounds like the seal leaked and the waterproofing had a few bad spots. And I can't see them complaining about water damage on a phone that's supposed to be able to be submerged.
