I bought an unlocked samsung S4 from US and used it in MX.
I didn't sign a contract with my service provider and took a prepaid connection.
All was well till I could fly to India and took a new connection where it said "network locked sim card inserted" I tried unlocking the phone using the*#0011# method but didnt work for me because I am not getting the main menu where we could select the UMTS mode.
I am not sure what to do and how to proceed.
Can anyone suggest what can be done ?
