Help samsung s5 won't download app updates

there are about 11 app updates for me in the playstore and none will download. i have 6.3GB available on my samsung s5 -- NOT counting SD card space 6.3GB on device itself. OS is up to date -- checked this morning. followed all the steps here: https://support.google.com/googlepl...hl=en&rd=1#ts=6332362,6332356,6332369,6332382 but still cannot download.

what else can i try?

For some weird reason, I experienced something similar as well. Happens intermittently, probably to do with the app update or Play Store update. What I do when I experience is I unmount the SD card. Just go to settings>storage>SD card>unmount. When I update the apps with the SD card unmounted, it works. Possibly the app trying to install to SD card for some reason. Sometimes it doesn't happen. Anyway, if the app was moved to SD card, you of course need to move it back to phone storage before doing this.
