Samsung S6 audio makes stuttering noise

I have a less than 1 y/o Samsung S6... Still in warranty. No water damage.

Sometimes (25% of the time) when I play audio from Twitter, Youtube, Netflix etc. the audio will start stuttering. It sounds like someone is putting their finger on the speaker, taking it away quickly and repeating.

If I turn the volume up or down, the problem still persists. I have to keep letting the audio go and after ~30 secs it goes back to normal. If I pause what I'm playing and then press play again, the audio is normal for only a few seconds.

Any solutions? Samsung told me to wipe cache partition...did that, no success.
    Has this happened to anyone?

If I can't figure it out, I'll have to get it fixed. Thanks in advance!

Any warranty work or tech support will inevitably lead to a factory reset to see if that corrects the issue, so you might as well try that before losing the phone for a while for repairs. BACK UP all your important data, because a factory reset will wipe your device and restore it to out-of-the-box condition! Once you have reset your device, install your favorite media apps from Play and see if the stuttering has been resolved... if it hasn't, then you clearly have a lemon and need to have it repaired or replaced.

It's not your speakers, it's called buffering. It's basically a weak internet that causes this. How is it with only wifi enabled?

I don't think it's buffering because the video itself keeps rolling on. I think we have high speed internet as well. I'm usually watching on the wifi.

    Thanks for the reply!
