Samsung SCH-R940 i work for metro and just found out that there is a Samsung SCH-R940 coming to metro. people are confusing this phone with Samsung SCH-R920 = samsung galaxy attain. but is not the same phone because in my broadtech system now i have both Samsung SCH-R940 and r920 so it has to be a new phone coming to metro.

    do anybody has any info?

Going to visit my bud at the metro store he owns. Sad thing is he gets no info on pre-release. I realize Metro's focus is on 4g as opposed to 3g but why keep introducing phones with smaller screens?
Hopefully some day they will come out with larger option for screen size.

Metro has to cater to the majority of their customer base so they release phones at a low price which means less features. It's been documented that metro wants to release more sub $200 phones.

It does make sense for sales. Would really like to know if/when that ZTE would be available-that would be nice:thumbup:

The R940 looks like the Samsung Charge from Verizon, though it has an antena that extends from within the device to pick up local digital broadcasts. search google images for pics. :eviltongue:
