Hi there and welcome to the Android Forums.

Android has cut support for Flash from Jellybean onwards. If you want to access internet content that supports it though, you could try a browser that has flash support, like Puffin of Firefox for instance.

You can get archived versions of flash to manually install from Adobe at the following link - Archived Flash Player versions

Scroll down to where it says 'Mobile Operating Systems' and click the link to the right of it. Then choose your handset make and model and it will tell you which Runtime to use. Then go back to the main page (click the link above again) and choose the Runtime that corresponds with the version in the list you just checked.

This link from PC Advisor might also help you out as well. - http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/google-android/3417930/flash-on-android/

I hope you get it sorted :)
