samsung vitality (cricket) - freeze at SAMSUNG logo.
STEPS TAKEN:
- several reboots
- plugged in USB to try various software - but phone will not get that far to recognize the USB.
- HARD RESET (down-volum + back-key + power)
-- wiped all including cahe
-- rebooted
still goes to SAMSUNG screen.
It USED to go further to a popup that says my Setup Wizard has failed. but i cannot even get that to come up.
Any suggestions BESIDES a store?
Phone was rooted years ago, but I wiped it bc I have a new phone and want to give this one away.
