I dropped my Evo and the screen cracked. So I'm waiting for a replacement.

While I'm waiting, I'm transferring my pictures and videos to my computer so I'll have room for some apps to save on.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, seems I can't save Music Player Pro (paid version) and a game I bought to the SD card.

Is there a way to do it?

If you bought it from the market, you dont need to back it up. As long as you sign into the market with the same email address on the new phone, it will remember you paid for it, and let you download it again for free.

If you are talking about fully backing it up, settings and all, you would need to root.
