Help Saving downloaded apps?

Is there a way to save all your downloaded apps, just in case you need to return/exchange your phone and everything will be automatically downloaded again? Instead of searching each one individually.

I am in the same predicament. I have done a couple factory resets in the last 2 years and have always had a problem of getting all the previous apps back installed. This has stopped me from experimenting with my phone.

I hear AppBrain does a pretty good job and have recently synced my apps with them BUT it doesn't cover apps that are no longer available in the market.

When I visit https://market.android.com/mylibrary it shows outdated apps that I have deleted and no longer want.

Any suggestions?

If you keep your same memory card, AppMonster(market) will back them up to the sd card
