Scanner Radio: Not in the Market for me

I want to try this, I've heard great things about it, but i've tried all three ways that it's available, old fashion search in the market, bar scanner link, email link and all come up with the same response:

There are no matches in Andoid Market for the search: pname:com.scannerradio (this is what I get when I do the emailed link from the Scanner radio site and the bar code scanner from the dev site and here. When I do the manual search Scanner Buddy comes up but no scanner radio.

I have the HTC Hero is it my phone????
