Scary and Interesting

Yeah, I wasn't planning on rooting my phone. I had no reason to until I heard about this. After reading about the issue, I rooted and applied the patch. I'm interested in seeing how fast Samsung addresses this serious security issue.

Also, the article states that using the patch breaks the camera. I have the Verizon version and both front and rear camera work fine after using the patch.

Edit: I did find out that if you apply this patch you will have to disable Exynos Aubse when you want to use hdmi. You can reenable it when you're done with your hdmi session.
