I dropped my Nexus 7 tablet, and the touch screen no longer works. This is obviously devastating, and I was hoping to at least salvage my pictures and other data from the tablet. I've searched for several solutions, but found none. Replacing the digitizer/screen is more expensive than buying the tablet itself. So I'm basically looking for a way to bypass the screenlock code from my PC, and somehow transfer everything to a file on my computer. AirDroid doesn't work because I have to connect the tablet to the app, and I have no way of doing that due to the issue with the screen. Nothing shows up on my computer when I use a USB, so I've given up on that idea. Help would be greatly appreciated, if there is any feasible solution.
