Help Screen burn

Has anyone else had problems with this? I was on my phone today and saw that I have screen burn from my keyboard.

Are there any ways to take care of this issue or am I stuck seeing a ghost image of my keyboard for the length of my contract?

Have you done a reset [not factory]?
You may have to have it replaced, that is not a normal situation.

as in power down and power on? yes I have.

I have read about leaving it on a bright white screen for a few hours, but I haven't been able to try that because I am not able to let it sit for that long with out needing to use it.

But do you think that would work?

overnight? maybe set an alarm for a few hours so you can shut it off then pass back out.

Most warranties don't cover screen burn in because it is not a defect. And I find it hard to believe that you have a burned in image. I have only seen it barely on the phones Verizon has for display because they are on all day long. Can you see the image on any screen or does it only show up on certain color backgrounds?

This issue is a non factor. More of a rumor than fact.
