Hey I bought some 'elite screen cleaner' from a company called ULTRA.

the guy at the electronics store I bought it from said it was fine on the G2 but I wanted to make sure so I emailed the company and he said there is not for sure testing on that particular cellphone model. But said he cant see any reason for concern on still using it.

Its alcohol and ammonia free. and its a gel according to 'liquid type'. water <96%

and it comes with a nice microfiber cloth too.

    any thoughts?

Forget all that cr^p. Get you a micro fiber towel and wipe the screen and the entire phone down before you charge every night. Slightly moisten if that does not do it. No solvents are required.

    Less is better!

Calotherm 'Calocoat' (from Opticians) sprayed onto tissue and used to clean screen to pristine condition.

DO NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO SCREEN!

Any sunglasses cleaning liquid should work fine, DO NOT SPRAY THE SCREEN, SPRAY THE CLOTH YOU USE FOR CLEANING

Only Microfibre cloth needed, and not those crap ones that come free with screen protectors, quality ones you get with sunglasses.

I use a Pama microfibre cloth. It works very well, and my phone looks as good as new.

Just found a Microfibre cloth I bought years ago and have washed several times in past. Tried it on screen of SGS2 and am amazed how well it cleans up without any fluid needed.

    You are 100% correct.;)

My wife would kill me for admitting this but I clean my screen by giving it a lick and wiping on my shirt.
