Help Screen dims after taking picture

I have a question. After I take a photo and I view it in the gallery it is really dark even tho when I took the picture it was not. It seems as tho there is a special brightness setting for the gallery. Is this true and how can I fix it? does it have anything to do with the fact that I have about 35% battery?

Menu.settings.power savings...is it on?

Menu.settings.display.auto adjust screen power. Unchecked it


See if that fixes the issue

Are you using auto screen brightness too? Try without that on


Actually...I see what you are talking about. The display in the viewfinder does not show your frame in the same light /ISO that the image is actually captured in.

I don't believe this is uncommon with most cameras but I have never paid that much attention. Try adjusting the ISO in the camera settings.

thanks I had auto brightness on. I turned it off and my pics are nice and bright now thanks!
