I picked up a used Tab S 10.5 that was on Verizon (SM-T807V), and the screen is constantly freezing. I can turn the screen off and then on again via the power button to get the tablet going again, but the issue returns 5-15 minutes later. Many people on the web claim to have this issue, and it seems like it happened around when the 5.0.2 update was applied. Has anything changed in the recent past since all of the older threads have been made in the way of fixing the issue? Is this issue only happening with Verizon units? Has anyone installed their own OS version beyond the Samsung install, and has that fixed the issue? I only have a limited time to return this unit, so if I cant find any way to fix this I will have to get rid of it fast.
