I hope that everyone is feeling well
I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 it was working fine , until these days , the problem is that when i press the lock button, the screen goes black when i try to use it again the screen stays black and never goes on again until i turn it off and on again, it does this everytime it goes on sleep mode or click that button, Any idea what could that be from ? How can i fix that ?
Ps: I reset the tablet and the problem remains , hard reset too , always the same problems, Thanks in advance guys
