Go into settings then click on screen. Once in there, make sure the screen shot tick box is ticked. It'll tell you what you need to do. (Hold the recent apps list key.) Once you perform this, it'll ask you if you want to keep it active. If you say no, you have to go back into settings to reactivate it later.
