Several times a day the touchscreen on my TBolt becomes unresponsive. I can't answer calls or do anything that requires the screen to recognize a touch. The only solution is to remove the battery, re-insert it and turn on the phone again. Any ideas?

Factory reset, if that doesn't help, call VZW, and tell them what's happening, they'll connect you with a tech, explain you've rebooted, pulled the battery, and done a factory reset.

You should have a CLN over nighted. Those are the three things they'll have you do, so if you've already done them it'll save some time.

Touchscreens just go bad sometimes, I just received a replacement earlier this week for a similar issue. Only mine was just the bottom half of the screen, and was more of a nuisance than anything. Never required anything to 'fix' it, it would just take 2-3 swipes or 2-3 taps to get it to register.
