Help screen lock

question, when on phone for a while screen goes blank. how do I unlock or make scree reappear without disconnecting call? i press screen, side button, keypad nada. when i press power call disconnects. what gives?

I have the same problem. Here is a work around. I have not fixed the problem, but you can modify the setting to not have the power button end your call. Go to settings>accessibility>power button. Uncheck "power button ends call". My screen still blanks out, but I can use the power button to unlock it without ending the call.

Does the screen stay blank when you tilt the phone? From the next to your head position to parallel with the ground?
