Screen Mirroring Cabling (non wireless)

What cable can I use for Screen Mirroring to a TV HDMI Port (that actually works) to mirror screen of the mobile. SLIMPORT, MHI.

The wireless option is only good if you have a modem as a mid transfer point, and that wont help me at work.

I just want a fast plug and play.

CAT website is hopeless and speaks generally about stuff and talk to your local expert.

No good if you're not in the UK.

Thanks, so far that matches my research and proves the official cat website is spouting rubbish about mhi and hdmi cabling options.
