Screen over-sharpening on 4.3

I updated my S3 with the official 4.3 update and found that the screen is very oversharpened.

This happens under screen modes Dynamic, Standard, Professional Photo, but not Movie.

"Movie" is the best but has the opposite problem and is not quite sharp enough, and presumably does not have correct colors since presumably only "Professional Photo" has correct colors.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I have the same problem with my screen on Note II. I don't know if it has been this way since I updated to 4.3, but I just noticed it yesterday and now I can not unsee it.
