Screen Overlay detected?

On my Galaxy S4, I keep seeing an error saying that my Screen Overlay needs to be changed What is this about

So you are using Android 6 Marshmallow.

Turn off all the permissions including Google Play to see if the error persists.

I even turned it off on all the system apps, and it's still not working. By the way, it's on the Galaxy S5.

I remember that I never saw this problem before I installed Google Photos. I keep trying to record my actions in Google Photos, using the Google Play Games app. I open the Google Play Games app, and press the record button on the top. Then when the recorder shows, I press Home. Then I try to open the Google Photos app, and then this error shows.

So Google Photos is the only app that triggers that error message?

Do you mind trying another version of Google Photos?
