Screen Saver virus?

Turn my phone on and the fourth picture in my pictures folder was showed and the word HELP was displayed over top of the image and moved from the lower part of the image to the upper part of the image. I have never seen it happen before, I have not installed any new applications and have not updated anything for over 3 weeks. Has anyone else ever seen this or know what it might be from?
