Help Screen Shots Not Working After System Update

While at the store I had no trouble taking screen shots. Since getting the system update, have not been able to take screen shots.

Anyone else had this issue?

Not sure this is a big deal, just want to make sure not an indication of a larger problem.

Other than this, no other issues with my phone.

Screenshots are working fine for me.

Are you holding down volume- and power long enough? It takes a little bit of time on mine (not an unreasonable amount of time, but it is by no means instant).

Made some more attempts, and I was able to finally get it working by holding it down for 2-3 seconds. Seems to work less frequently on browser than other applications.

Anyway, I appreciate the suggestion.

No problem!

I am guessing they put the delay in just in case you accidentally hit the buttons while holding the phone.

Have you tested your volume down button to see if it works 100% of the time? I was unable to do screenshots and that's how I figured out mine doesn't always work. I can't say if it's anything to do with the update or not, as the update came thru to my phone right after I activated it on Friday.

That could be it. Tried unsuccessfully for a solid 30 minutes last night to work, but after trying again this morning - pressing and holding both buttons, it seems to be working fairly regularly.
