Help Screen timeout is intermittent. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,

The screen timeout option is intermittent on my EVO 3D even after the 2.3.4 update. My issue is that occasionally I'll notice that the screen is on and won't turn off unless I press the power button. The only way to fix it is by selecting the "restart" power option, otherwise the battery will drain quickly. Anyone else experiencing this?

I also notice that if the power saver feature activates below 20% (my preset level), the screen will also stay on. To be fair, this was with 2.3.3. I assume it will still occur since the screen timeout didn't work above 50% today.

Any ideas?

Having the same issue. Twice my screen timeout has gone from 1 minute to Never. I can manually change it back without a restart, but it's quite annoying!

Also, my background image keeps reverting back to the stock rainbow sherbet colors!
