New s7, screen timeout not taking new setting. Screen goes dim then off after 30 seconds, if I change the setting to anything higher nothing changes. If I go back and look my setting is the same as I set it but actual timeout doesn't change. I have tried changing 'always on' setting and 'smart stay' settings, nothing helps.
