I've recently been having an issue with taking vertical screenshots on my device. Horizontal screenshot works perfectly fine.
my screenshots work both ways with the built in screenshot feature but I don't use it as often because I can't mute the shutter sound and it gets very irritating.
I tried using apps where the shutter was silent and it worked fine on the first day but ever since then all of my screenshots using any app can only be done horizontally because if I try vertically all of the colours on the screen glitch together and it's not visible any more.
