scrolling problem

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I just bought my phone yesterday and had no problems with it. Tonight I went to scroll thru the ringtones and found out I can't scroll anymore. As soon as I go into the menu the little scroll bar shows up and then quickly fades away. I thought it was only in that sub-menu but then I went into the camera and went to the focus button and couldn't scroll thru those options either. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I take my phone back to the store or can this be fixed? Thanks for any info!

No I haven't. How do I do that? Sorry...I'm technology illiterate. And what would have caused it to happen in the first place? I just bought the phone yesterday! Thanks for the quick reply!

Turn it off then back on

Yeah, I tried that. I also took the battery out for a bit and neither solved the problem.
