I've purchased 2 32GB micro SD cards, I have 2 Roger Samsung Captive phones put the cards in each phone and both were recognized and scanned as 32GB cards. After a while in the phone both cards are no longer showing up as external SD cards. When cards are inserted to my laptop both show up as 8 MB card has anyone had this issue?

Rare, but maybe your card reader doesn't recognize that large of a card.

Where did you get the cards from? If it was ebay then you probably got 8gb cards. Ebay is a horrible place to buy memory cards as they can be formatted to look like 32gb but are really 2-8gb. After awhile the cards no longer read as 32gb and can cause read errors or delete/corrupt the contents especially as you near the true capacity of the card.

Ditto. I've been burned before- chances are its the card. Try loading a big file onto it (say 2-4gb) from your HD and see if it works after doing a full format.
