SD card and battery drain

used GN for a month now and very happy with it. Just notice that if I put the SD card in, it drain battery a lot. normally my battery drain is 25ma but with sd card in ,it increase to at least 65 ma or more. try different type and size of SD card but make no different. Have I done something wrong or is it normal?

That doesn't seem normal. Having a SD card inside your device shouldn't have any impact on your battery life. Usually an application or a defective phone would do what you're saying. If the problem persists you should have the device checked out.

Thanks but once I pull the card out, the battery drain back to normal. is that mean i have a faulty sd card slot on my GN ???

Did you Unmount the card before removing it? I have read on the XDA forum that if you remove a card without unmounting it, you will have excessive battery drain until you do a factory reboot.
