Did you get the memory card from ebay? If you did it may (even likely) be a fake brand name. What class did you go with? Reason I ask, is I have been thinking about upgrading the memory card in my bionic. I have come to the conclusion that I will spend a bit more on it, and go with class 6, or likely even class 10. I know the memory card that comes in it is a class 4, but I think that is border line minimum speed class for it. I don't really think the speed class has much to do with your problem, but if it is a fake brand name, there could be more wrong with it then just speed.

Try a complete reformat of the sd card. Don't do the quick one. I know it will take some time but it sounds like you might have a bad spot on your sd card.
